Traffic Court site sees more growth

Our Town-Court.com website is growing nicely. The image below shows the number of visitors from January 1, 2006 (shortly after we started measuring) to the present. We have helped nearly 4 million different people find information about traffic courts, with over 10 million pageviews.

September is the biggest month yet, with over 240,000 visits by over 210,000 different people (some visit more than once). It was a roughly 4% increase over August, despite August having an extra day.

September 2009 had less than 150,000 visits, a year-on-year increase of over 60%. The third quarter shows a 20% increase compared to the second quarter.

Congratulations! I use the directory every day. The time it saves me is invaluable. Thank you Warren.

Have you seen any changes this past couple of months with the Panda/Farmer update? Your site is really useful, but I could see it getting misidentified and rearranged in the serps by the new algorithm. Would you mind sharing any recent data? Thank you.

I don't see any effect from the update. From what I've read, our site is very different from the kinds of sites that were targeted.

We offer genuinely useful and narrowly targeted content in a structured directory format. The sites that were targeted covered a very broad array of topics, usually in loose directories, and their content was often considered not useful.

For more recent data, see my post from February 1st about our traffic court growth. Traffic in March is not significantly different.
